Independence Day Celebration

Independence Day was celebrated at Gajera International School, Utran, to mark the 76th year of freedom from the British rule with great patriotic fervor, zeal and zest. On this patriotic occasion our little Gajerians showcased a colorful spectacle of India’s vision. They dressed themselves in Tricolor.

They made the National Flag using the technique of finger printing. The outline of the flag was drawn on paper and the children dipped their fingers in saffron, white and green colors and made finger impressions on the National Flag drawn by their educator.

The children’s enthusiasm and energy reinforced the belief that even though our nation is very diverse with many religions, languages and cultures, everyone comes together as a nation and experiences a common feeling of patriotism.

The day ended by singing the national anthem.
