Janmashtami Celebration 2021

Students of Gajera International School per-primary, Utran celebrated Krishna Janmashtami, an annual commemoration of birth of the Hindu deity Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu, on the online platform.

Students aged Three to five were beautifully dressed up as Krishna and Radha. Images of Krishna’s infancy were placed in a cradle. The school was well decorated for the celebration.Aarti, bhajans were recited and songs related to Janmashtami were played. A puja was performed by the staff of the School. Fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air.

A small skit played by little Gajerians, signifying Janmashtami's message of encouraging good will and discouraging bad will was shown to kids virtually.
