"Appreciating the Guardians of Health and Paying Tribute to Medical Excellence"

On the occasion of National Doctor's Day, Gajera International School took the initiative to celebrate and honor the noble profession of doctors. The school organized a special seminar, inviting Dr. Nimesh Ramoliya to share valuable insights on cultivating healthy food habits, minimizing the excessive use of mobile phones, and the importance of regular exercise. The session proved to be enlightening and beneficial for the learners, equipping them with essential knowledge to lead healthier lives.

Dr. Nimesh Ramoliya emphasized the significance of healthy food choices and their impact on overall well-being. He educated the learners about the importance of consuming a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. The session highlighted the benefits of incorporating fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into daily meals. He also discussed the harmful effects of excessive consumption of processed foods, sugary snacks, and carbonated drinks. By enlightening the learners about healthy eating habits, the seminar aimed to instill a lifelong commitment to wellness.

In today's digital era, where mobile phones have become an integral part of our lives, He drew attention to the potential adverse effects of excessive screen time. He shared insights on the impact of prolonged mobile phone usage, such as eye strain, poor posture, and disrupted sleep patterns. The learners were encouraged to strike a balance between the benefits of technology and its potential drawbacks.

Dr. Ramoliya emphasized the importance of taking breaks from screens, engaging in face-to-face interactions, and dedicating time for recreational activities. By promoting responsible mobile phone usage, the seminar aimed to foster healthier habits among the learners.

Recognizing the sedentary lifestyle prevalent among today's youth, he stressed the significance of incorporating regular exercise into daily routines. He explained how physical activity boosts cardiovascular health, strengthens the immune system, and promotes mental well-being. The learners were enlightened about various forms of exercise, including outdoor sports, yoga, and aerobic workouts.
