National Youth Day Celebration

Gajera International School, Utran celebrated the 25th National Youth Day and 159th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Assembly woven around the theme ‘National Youth Day’ was conducted on 12th January 2022 by grade 10 students.

National Youth Day is observed on 12th January to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, who was a great Indian philosopher, social reformer, patriot and thinker. A special assembly on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda was enacted by the students. Incidents from his childhood about his sharp and witty mind, fearlessness, universal acceptance, tolerance, believe in oneself and being focused on achieving one’s goal were showcased .

These are the values that can be imbibed by children in their life. The assembly concluded with the famous speech of Swami Vivekananda which he had delivered in Chicago at the World Religion Meet.
